Antique (circa 1880s) handmade ladies cameo brooch or pin depicting a highly detailed carving of a young female beauty in profile with grape clusters and leaves adorning her curled hair, draped tunic with ram's head on shoulder within a 10k yellow gold setting. Unmarked but acid tested as 10k gold quality. Approximately 1.75" x 1.3". Total weight approximately 9.2 grams.
