Chinese, late Qing Dynasty, likely Guangxu period (1875-1908). Fine mirror black glaze and gilt decorated baluster form vase with flaring mouth over zip-zag border under the lip, the shoulders are decorated with a border of upright leaves and scroll motif, the body having stylized blooming florals, upright leaves and longevity symbols surround the base. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 9.75", diameter of foot 3".
