Wilcox Silver Plate Company (Meriden, Connecticut, founded 1865), circa 1877. An amber glass floral enameled bowl, possibly Moser, having an inverted thumbprint pattern resting in a quadruple plated silver stand with four rococo style feet. Underside marked with maker's mark with "WILCOX SILVER PLATE CO" surrounding crossed hammers, "QUADRUPLE PLATE, MERIDEN, CONN 6781". Approximate height 7", diameter of glass bowl 6.75".
