Fostoria Glass Company (American, 1887-1986), circa 1920s. A group of three vanity sets called "Boxtle's" which combined the perfume bottle and powder jar in a single unit. The amber boxtle having the original pointed hexagonal stopper with long glass dauber, the perfume bottle and lid with floral etched laurel leaves. The clear boxtle with original pointed hexagonal stopper with long glass dauber over the the perfume bottle and lid with floral gold enameling and reverse painted turquoise ground on the lid. The third boxtle clear with original pointed hexagonal stopper with long glass dauber over the perfume bottle and lid with floral gold enameled bands, the lid and powder jar with pink interior. None of the sets apparently marked. Approximate height of each set 7.5".
