Italian, late 20th century. A low, round faux book form side or occasional table, having a tooled gilt chestnut leather top, over a conforming tooled gilt leather base, fitted with a curved cabinet door, applied with two rows of jewel toned leather faux book spines, each with a classic gilt title. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 22.125", diameter 19". Provenance: From the private collection of Elaine Killeen, Atlanta, Georgia.
