Continental, late 20th century. A polychromed leather wall mounting crest of arms or heraldic shield, divided into three portions by brass tacks, the upper left black with three gold lions, the center black with three gold fleur-de-lis, and the lower right red and yellow vertical stripes with a black eagle, with decorative tacking around the edge. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 29", width 24.75", depth .75".
