Continental, early 20th century. A large humidor or cigar box having pierced and gilt metal exterior simulating filigree, outer lid centered by shield form crest with deer and ribbons, with lion's heads to each corner, opening to reveal white metal box with gilt spandrels to each corner, centered by gilt medallion, interior with five fitted compartments, apparently unmarked. Overall approximately 2.75" x 17.75" x 10.125"; largest interior compartment 8" x 5.125" x 1.25".
