Attributed to Moser (Bohemian, founded 1857), late 19th century. A fine amber crackle glass dresser, casket or trinket box in the Aesthetic taste, the hinged lid mounted with colorful salamander or lizard amidst enameled leaves and further decorated to the front, sides and back with enameled leafy tendrils. Raised on four copper colored salamander shaped feet. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 5.25", width 5.62", interior depth 4".
