George III mahogany and satinwood marquetry inlaid tea caddy of rectangular form with top of hinged lid with two panels with oval medallions with fanned paterae flanking diamond form at center that opens to reveal green velvet lined underside and two lift off lids with circular knob pulls, front of box with similar paterae motif, string inlaid and inlaid diamond form surrounding key hole. Overall approximate height 4.7", width 8.125", depth 4.9".
