Manner of Michele Amodio (Italian, 19th century) after the Roman figure "Narcissus". A 19th century figural bronze sculpture after the original statue from antiquity discovered in Pompeii (1862), now in the National Archaeological Museum, Naples, depicting a youthful Narcissus standing with an arm raised in gesture and a pelt draped over his shoulder, with stepped circular base, apparently unsigned. Overall approximately 24.5" x 13.5" x 10".
