Curt Brill Raku Fumed Pottery Vase, Signed

Curt Brill (American, b. 1952- ). Large bulbous raku fumed pottery vase with circular opening with angled lip at tip above rounded organically shaped body with lightly textured tan to grey brown raku glazing. Incised signature "Curt Brill" on bottom. Overall approximate height 11.8", diameter of opening at top 4.8". Note: Brill has exhibited widely throughout the United States. His work is in many private and public art collections including the Tucson Museum of Art, Cornell University, the Mint Museum of Art in Charlotte, North Carolina, the Dupont Collection and others.
