John Round & Son (English (Sheffield), 1847-1962), circa late 19th/ early 20th century. A large and fine silverplate six-light candelabra having tripartite rocaille and beaded base raised on three bun feet with scroll ornamentation, with six sweeping acanthus adorned candle arms each terminating in a foliate and bead decorated candle cup and surrounding a central turned stem. Underside marked "JB&S" in individual cartouches set beside a crown, "EP" and a globe emblem inscribed "all the world round". Approximate height 25.5", width across arms 15".
