Olde Hall Pottery (English, 1790-1902), circa first half 19th century. A pottery wash basin and ewer of traditional form decorated with blue and white transfer motif of wild roses on stem, with floral and shell borders to the scalloped bowl rim and pitcher's incurvate neck, heightened with gilt accents to edges. Underside of pitcher with underglaze blue mark identifying pattern "???HODA", over "Ye Olde Hall Potterie / Staffordshire / England / Est. 1790" set around an architectural vignette. Basin width across handles approximately 18.5". Pitcher approximate height 11.875".
