Chinese, 20th century. A brown Yixing Zisha pottery teapot of traditional form with upturned spout opposing loop form handle on a globular body, the body with tonal painted landscape to one side and five lines of calligraphic marks to opposite side, the lid of gradually sloping form with bun finial. Marked to underside with impressed four character mark. Approximate height 4.625", spout to handle 7.5".
