18th century having broad shoulders, decorated with shaped panels enclosing birds perched on flowering branches and precious objects, interspersed with chrysanthemum sprigs, all on a black ground with green foliate scrolls, surmounted by a hardwood cover. Height of vase 15 1/8 inches. Property from the Estate of Carl and Janet Moebius, Milwaukee, Wisconsin Note: Accompanied by a copy of a sales receipt from Galerias "La Granja", Mexico, dated April 23, 1963 Overall decent and stable condition with light wear to the surface. A few spiker cracks and firing flaws to the interior. One hairline to the exterior wall. The neck restored.
