Chinese, likely 20th century. Group of three graduated rose medallion decorated porcelain tea boxes of rectangular form, each with fitted lid, all over with hand painted enamels portraying C scroll cartouches with birds amid flowers and fruit, butterfly and gilt accents. Smallest box with courtly figures on lid. Near matched set, but not fully matched. All unmarked. Tallest box approximate height 7" x 6.125". Middle sized box approximate height 4.75" x 4.25" square. Smallest box approximate height 3.9" x 3.5" square.
