qianlong period (1736-1795) having shallow rounded walls, the mouth and the underside glazed white, bearing a six-character Qianlong mark in underglaze blue to the underside. Diameter 6 1/2 inches. Provenance: Fine Chinese Ceramics and Works of Art (Part I), Christie's New York, March 22-23, 2012, sale 2553, lot 2087 Overall decent condition, some pitting to the glaze. Having a small chip to the mouth and two small hair line from the rim extending to the wall running approximatly 1 inch and 0.40 inch.
