consisting of a carved lapis lazuli section in a fluted spiral motif inset with a white gold spiral containing 19 round brilliant cut diamonds weighing approximately 1. 36 carats total above the fluted yellow gold ring base. Stamp: 18K. 13.80 dwts. The ring is an approximate size 8.00. All stones are intact and securely set. The lapis lazuli has superficial scratches that are not readily eye visible. The shank has superficial scratches consistent with wear .
