A collection of several hundred vintage color photographs, slides, and numerous corresponding negatives primarily from the early 1970s featuring scenes from various car races in the U. S., including images from the Trans-Am Series. Joanne Carson was officially involved in promotions and was provided unusual access to the activities of the pit crews and mechanics as well as the drivers.
