A white pleated organdy full skirt costume with a sequined top, ruffled sleeves, and a wide satin sash tied in a front bow. Together with a silver circular crown set with rhinestones attached to a dark blonde wig with ringlets. The costume was designed by Bob Mackie and worn by Carol Burnett as "Shirley, Little Miss Showbiz" with Dick Van Dyke on season 10, episode 13, of The Carol Burnett Show (CBS, 1967-1978).
