The script cover is personalized on the front cover in the lower right corner “Keanu Reeves.” The title page for the first half of the script is dated March 23, 1994. The second half of the script includes a new title page dated December 9, 1997, labeled “Numbered Shooting Script” and includes revisions from 1998.
