Watercolor and Pencil on Paper Baptismal Certificate Fraktur for Ludwig Dauberman, attributed to Daniel Otto, the "Flat Tulip Artist" (Center Township, Union County, Pennsylvania, c. 1770-1822), c. 1817, executed in red, green, yellow, and black, designed as a central shaped reserve with vital statistics, surrounded by four parrots, seven tulips, and small floral devices, (imperfections), 13 x 15 3/4 in., in a black-painted frame.
