Chinese Ming style meditation bench is crafted in Ming "Waist" furniture style; the "waist" just below the bench top is made from a separate piece of wood and carved in a "narrower waist" connecting the top and the body of the bench in a very unique way; the traditional "horse-hoof" legs and straight lines of these benches show the elegance of Ming furniture; made from core of Elm wood and can be used as a side table or end table; measures approximately 20-1/4" high, 16" wide, and 12" in depth; in good condition, consistent with age and use.
