Dunthorne & Son5 Vigo SW", inscribed indistinctly in print at lower right, with graphite inscription to verso "L'Arcade de la Cadene at St. Emilion Southwestern France", depicting a busy street scene with men wheeling barrels along the cobblestone, with a woman carrying a basket down the narrow city street with tall buildings overhead; and "Pont St. Etienne, Limoges", drypoint etching on paper, signed in print "Hedley Fitton", signed in graphite in lower margin "Hedley Fitton", depicting a multi-arched bridge over sleepy river, with horses watering while women do laundry at the riverbank in the foreground, the river with small wooden boats manned by fishermen, with a hillside town crested by a large church on the far bank of the river. "Hôtel Garè Du Sait" framed approximately 23" x 16", plate size approximately 14" x 7.5". "Pont St. Etienne, Limoges" framed approximately 23.5" x 26.5", plate size approximately 13.625" x 16.625".
