Likely American, first half 20th century. A pair of petite modernist brass firedogs or andirons loosely resembling canines with traditional cannonball form bent forward to form a head situated over splayed front feet, with log support as animal's back, and an upturned curled tail over single back support. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 12.75", width 7.125", depth 9.5".
