Chinese, late 19th/ early 20th century. A collection of four carved, lacquered, and gilded architectural fragments comprising three similar panels each with a pierced cartouche at center carved to depict flower blossoms and auspicious objects, and one figural panel depicting a cloven animal, possibly an ox, on four feet set amid trees and stylized waves. Each apparently unmarked aside from red export stamp. Three similar panels average approximately 14.5" x 6.625". Ox panel approximately 8" x 14".
