Chinese, Qing Dynasty, late 19th/early 20th century. Chinese rosewood carved urn or jardinière plant stand having a circular top inset with conforming russet mottled marble above the apron reticulated with leafy bamboo and raised on simulated bamboo cabriole supports headed with zoomorphic masks and united by a pierced cross stretcher and terminating in hoof feet. Approximate height 36.5”, diameter of top 13.5”. Provenance: From the Estate of Channing S. Jun, M.D., Eastman, Georgia.
