Likely Hanau/ German, late 19th/ early 20th century. A silver plated copper tea caddy of shaped oblong form bearing four panels of repousse work, the two long panels of Germanesque mill houses and the two short panels with figural farming scenes, with domical lid bearing ball finial. Underside with three impressed marks. Approximate height 5.75", width 5.25" , depth 3.5".
