Emilia Castillo (Mexican (Taxco), 20th century - contemporary) for Los Castillo. A silver plated wine coaster of round form with pierced gallery of leaves and semi-precious stone inset flower blossoms (likely malachite and lapis lazuli) and interspersed with berry clusters in relief, the inside with verdigris polychroming. Underside of each section marked "TO-85 / EMILIA CASTILLO / MEXICAO M.R. / PLATEADO". Approximate height 3.375", diameter 5".
