American, 20th century. A Federal style mahogany and gilt gesso mirror, with a shaped skirt and broken pediment top, decorated with gilt gesso acanthus scrolls and rosettes, with a central eagle finial, the mirror flanked on either side by oak leaf and acorn swags, with a dash and dot border around the mirror. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 53", width 26.25", depth 2".
