French, early 20th century. A carved giltwood neoclassical style demilune console table, with a painted top decorated with a ribboned rose border and a central rocaille with floral drops, a carved cornice accented with a ribboned laurel victory wreath, foliated vines and flowers, standing on tapered fluted legs, with a sacrificial goat's skull at each knee, and a curving cross stretcher with a central urn. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 35.75", width 69.25, depth 22.25".
