English, 19th century. Matched set of seven Sheraton style mahogany carved side dining chairs, each having arched crestrail carved with ribbon twist carried down the stiles and centering a gothic and petal shaped pierced splat over a ribbon and quatrefoil back rail above the padded and upholstered serpentine seat raised on front Marlborough legs. Approximate height 38.25", width 22.5", seat depth 17.5", seat height 18.5".
