Set comprising 12 New French dinner knives with hollow handle and stainless blade (9.75"); 24 teaspoons 6"); 9 demitasse spoons (4.25"); 12 bouillon or cream soup spoons (5.75"); 6 oval soup spoons (5.75"); 12 dinner forks (7.875"); 12 individual salad forks (6.25"); 10 flat handle butter knives (6"); 4 solid tablespoon serving spoons (8.25"); 1 pierced tablespoon serving spoon (8.25"); 1 small solid cold meat serving fork (7.75"); 3 luncheon forks (7"); and one sugar shell spoon (5.875"). Flatware set accompanied with ovular bowl in the Francis I pattern (12" x 7.5"). Total approximate weight (less 0.5 troy ounce per stainless steel element) 177 troy ounces.
