French, late 19th century. Set of fourteen Old Paris porcelain serving platters, including one extra-large octagonal, one large octagonal, five medium octagonal, two small octagonal, three extra-small octagonal, and two footed ovular, each with a hand-painted scrolled gilt and peach border and gilt edge, with floral bouquets in blue, purple, red, pink, yellow, and green. Most with maker's marks. Approximate height (of extra large) 2", width 20.5", depth 14.5". Provenance: From the Estate of Mr. John Griswold Livingston and Mrs. Clara Dudley Livingston, Lexington, Kentucky and Long Island, New York.
