Manner of Sevres (French, founded 1740), circa early 20th century. A fine hand painted porcelain tazza comprising a floriform scalloped round foot issuing downswept acanthine detailed turned stem surmounted by shallow round bowl with scalloped edges, the bowl painted with central tondo depicting a mountainous landscape with figure to foreground resting beside a lake with village in distance, the remained decorated in peach glaze with white and gilt painted accents. Underside with handwritten mark "B / 477". Approximate height 6.75", diameter 9.75".
