Ladies 14k white gold, sapphire and diamond millgrain textured ring with central, natural, prong set, round cut sapphire (measuring approximately 4. 45 x 4.45 x 2.89mm, approximately .41 carat total weight, color: dark blue, clarity: semi-transparent) flanked by eighteen accent, bead set, modern round brilliant cut diamonds (approximately 1.1mm in diameter each, approximately 0.18 carat total weight, color: L-M, clarity: Si2-I). Marked on interior of band "14kt", acid tested as 14k quality. Interior of band also marked "35" and "SO41". US ring size approximately 7. Total weight approximately 4.6 grams.
