Waterbury Clock Company (Connecticut, 1857-1932), early 20th century. A Willard No. 3 "Banjo" clock, with an 8-in. porcelain Roman Numeral dial, with a mahogany case with applied beaded, fluted carving, a brass eagle finial and pierced mounts, throat and lower glass panels eglomise and reverse-painted with Federal American ship scenes, with an eight-day, time-only movement powered by a lead weight and regulated by a pendulum. Lower glass panel marked "Hull". Approximate height 41.25", width 10.2", depth 4.1".
