Joseph II & Albert Savory (English (London), founded mid 1830s), circa 1837. A lovely sterling silver egg cruet set comprising of a stand raised on four shell scrolled feet joined at top by ring base issuing four serpentine supports surmounted at top by four-part scrolled spoon holder and looping scroll handle, the base supporting four urn form egg cups each chased with them emblem of an armored leg bent at the knee (possibly a family crest or mon). Cruet accompanied with three egg spoons by Henry Holland (English (London), mid 19th century), circa 1848, each with gargoyle mask to top of handle and matching family crest to underside. Stand and cups each with maker's mark, date mark for 1837, city mark for London, sterling standard mark, and King William IV duty mark. Spoons each with maker's mark, date mark for 1848, city mark for London, sterling standard mark, and Queen Victoria duty mark.
