Libero Gremigni (Italian, 19th / 20th century), "La Bella Donna (Beautiful Woman)"-circa first quarter 20th century, carved marble and alabaster on marble plinth base, signed to reverse "Prof. Libero Gremigni". A finely rendered figural sculpture depicting the bust of a fair skinned maiden with soft features and curly hair framing an expressive face, with patterned headscarf and pink and mint hue gown, with gray and white striated marble plinth base. With inscription to underside "Made in Italy". With additional numeral inscription to underside. Overall approximately 10.5" x 9.25" x 5.25".
