Waltham Clock Company (American (Massachusetts, 1891-1940), c. 1906. A rolled gold cased open face 18s pocket watch, grade no. 845, with 21 jewels, 5 positions, and lever movement with nickel finish. The double sunk white watch face with black enamel Arabic numerals to main dial, an outer 60-second dial in red, and and secondary stopwatch at the 6, with blued steel hands. The case exterior allover with intaglio scrolls. Interior of outer case with impressed marks "1417959 / X" all under a pair of scales. The interior case with impressed marks "1417969" under a mark indicating gold fill composition. Approximate diameter of case 55mm. Approximate diameter of face 45mm. Approximate weight 141 grams.
