A well carved solid hardwood, possibly rosewood, Happy Buddha or Hotai sculpture, having raised arms, with a laughing expression, bone inlay teeth, a large, round belly, flowing drapery, and bare feet, resting on a molded rectangular base. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 24.25", width 14.3", depth 8.825".
