painted with a lady in the Art Nouveau taste within an iridescent border. Diameter 9 1/2 inches. Property from the Collection of Sheldon and Carole Sepstead, Grafton, Wisconsin Painted (not transfer printed) portrait signed Harper. Plate in good condition, decoration and gilt bright but with some rubbing to gilt at edge. Light shelfwear to foot rim. Back with Haviland/France printed mark. Examination under UV light did not reveal any condition issues.
