Probably Thomas Watson, Newcastle, Circa 1800 having a cone finial surmounting a baluster form body with rocaille and acanthus decorated spout and raised on a stepped foot. marked on neck of body 29 ozt 2 dwt Height 10 1/4 inches. Property from a Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania Family Collection In overall good, stable condition. Light to moderate surface scratches throughout consistent with polishing and use. Some splits to base of wood handle. A Few small scattered dents to body. Monogram removed on body beneath current engraving.
