Hanau Marks, 19th Century topped with a pomegranate finial, the body worked to show a medieval battle scene, the lid and foot with fruit and foliate decoration throughout. marked on underside 50 ozt 15 dwt Height 14 3/4 inches. In good, stable, usable condition. Light to moderate surface scratches throughout consistent with polishing and use. Some pitting to seem between body and base. Spot hammered texture to handle possibly later. Handle with various small nicks and dents throughout.
