Dave McGary (American, 1958-2013) Death Mask Signed and dated "Dave McGary/© 1982" beside a thumbprint on the top of the base between the figures, titled on a presentation plaque affixed to the plinth. Bronze with brown patina with added color cold patination, height 25 1/2 in. (64.5 cm), on a wood plinth. Condition: Dust and dirt to interstices, a separate small whip piece included with the lot is unattached but belongs to the base.
