Georges Rouault (French, 1871-1958) Two Works from Réincarnations du Père Ubu : Cristal de roche and Nu assis , both published in 1932 (Wofsy, 302 and 309; Chapon, 21 and 28). Both signed "Georges Rouault" in brown ink l.r., both initialed and dated within the plates. Etchings with engraving, aquatint, and roulette on Japan paper, plate sizes to 12 3/8 x 8 in. (31.3 x 20.3 cm), framed. Condition: Very subtle toning, not examined out of frames.
