Needlework Sampler, Massachusetts, 1825, "Ameila Green, wrought in the 12 year of her age," alphabets above an inspirationsal verse above a Federal house flanked by trees and birds, surrounded by a stylized flowering vine border, (general scattered staining, minor fading), 15 3/4 x 12 in. N.B. A written genealogy accompanies the lot, which records Amelia's birth date in the year 1813 and the sampler as 1825.
