Painted Continuous Arm Maple and Ash Brace-back Windsor Chair, Rhode Island or Connecticut, late 18th century, the incised bowed crest over thirteen turned spindles and two braces continuing to arms with shaped terminals on vase and ring-turned supports and incised saddle seat on similar legs joined by ring-turned bulbous "H" form stretchers, remains of old red over green paint, (minor repairs), ht. 35, seat ht. 17 in.
