Painted and Decorated Oval Tin Tray, probably England, c. 1815, the reticulated rim with gilt foliate decoration surrounding a fanciful scene using red and gold neoclassical elements on a black ground, the fluted gold columns with black accents flank the central one which has gold C-scrolls on the base interspersed with fruit, below red and black drapery, original form and painted decoration.
