Federal Mahogany and Mahogany Veneer Inlaid Pembroke Table, New York, c. 1795-1810, the oval top with drop leaves on conforming bowed base with string-inlaid drawers (one working and one faux), flanked by bookend inlays in the dies over four tapering slightly splayed square legs with overlapping shaded husk inlays and stringing in outline above inlaid cuffs, replaced brass, old refinish, (pieced feet), ht. 28 3/4, top 39 3/4 x 29 1/4 in.
